Visual Sound, Inc. moves Baltimore Operation to a New Facility

The new facility will feature a full service repair depot.

BROOMALL, PA – May 2, 2005 - Visual Sound, Inc. announced today that the company has relocated its Baltimore operation to a new full-service facility. Located just outside of downtown Baltimore, the new facility features a fully equipped service center for audio, video, presentation and videoconferencing equipment.

Visual Sound President Karen L. Bogosian said, "The move to a new location is part of our commitment to service our business in the Baltimore – Washington market. With our new full-service facility, our goal is to become a leader in the area as well as continue to exceed the expectations of our customers."

According to Ramon Aviles, Visual Sound's Director of Service & Support, "We are excited about servicing the Baltimore market from our new location. We are able to respond more quickly to our downtown customer’s requests and can now offer improved overnight shipping and emergency services.” Eric Hollenbeck, Technical Services Representative, adds “the new location provides increased network speeds that allow us to enhance our remote diagnostic and videoconferencing capabilities.”
