SYSTEM QUALITY ASSURANCE:Preventive maintenance packages are available to
ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction. Our centers utilize LAN, WAN, and WiFi technologies to perform remote system diagnostics and make use of new, state-of-the-art equipment software management tools.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT:Our staff has over 20 years of comprehensive experience in teleconferencing, custom system integrations and audio/video technologies.

DEPOT SERVICE:Technicians are available to service equipment on an hourly basis at any one of our repair depot centers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

TRAINING:Our factory trained and certified technicians can provide on-site system or equipment training.
